Abstract: In my talk I will introduce the motivation for modeling the concentration of the tracer with time. Then I will talk about one of the currently existing and used compartment-based models and its extension with spatial coordinates. Finally, I will shortly discuss the ways in which the impact of the new model can be analyzed.
