"Verma Modules over Some Locally Finite Lie Algebras (Part I)"

Abstract: In this talk, we shall give a construction of Verma modules over some locally finite Lie algebras along with some of their known properties. The main objects of interest will be the Verma modules over the direct-limit Lie algebra gl∞ with its standard Borel subalgebras.
