Abstract: The main goal of the talk is to give a complete proof of the famous Denjoy-Carleman-Ahlfors theorem which arose in the preceding seminar as a useful tool in study of dynamics of entire functions. The theorem gives an estimate for the number of asymptotic values of meromorphic functions of finite order.
