The conference "Effective Approximation and Dynamics of Many-Body Quantum Systems" is the concluding conference of the joint DFG–ANR grant with the same name. The conference presents a broad selection of topics in the mathematics of quantum theory. It focuses on many-body quantum systems, effective equations, semiclassical analysis, and quantum systems at positive temperature. Examples of the topics represented include proofs of higher-order terms for ground state energies and the dynamics of Bose and Fermi gases, derivations of effective equations in mean-field and singular scaling limits, recent advancements in the study of the Bose–Hubbard model, and the derivation of classical Gibbs measures from many-body quantum systems.
